The importance of export to a company is perhaps most significant when you are made aware of which products are regularly exported these days.
At Goldschmaus, behind the word ‘export’ are large amounts of fresh and frozen pork and also sausage and beef which are regularly sent to other European countries and to third countries in other continents. In Germany products that are in strong demand traditionally remain within the domestic market. This includes prime cuts like ham, neck, loin and fillet in particular and various processed products.
