“Together we are stronger”. In line with this principle, nearly three dozen farmers from the Bösel region, merged in 1988 and founded a producer association. At that time they slaughtered nearly 35.000 hog half a year. The producer association developed in a mid-size business which establish in the market. Today, the ´Goldschmaus Gruppe` slaughtered and processed 35.0000 hog per week. With its head office in Garrel, the `Goldschmaus Gruppe` decreed with the processing area, a walk-in freezer and the conveyor tunnel the best conditions to produce high value meat products.
