Belly in Perfection This MEATSHOW focuses on pork belly – and we prepare it Korean BBQ style. A true delight that often goes unrecognised. Our experts will demonstrate this method of preparation live on the grill. At the same time, our sales team and barbecue masters will explain how Goldschmaus produces, processes and markets pork belly around the world – from the raw product to the ready-to-sell solution.

Braised cheeks Here, everything revolves around braised beef and pork cheeks – intense in flavour, tender in texture and perfect for sophisticated culinary concepts. Right at the grill, they'll show how this special cut becomes a culinary star when braised. Meanwhile, they'll share some exciting insights: How does Goldschmaus get, refine and reliably deliver cheeks to customers? From raw goods to ready-to-cook solutions – every step is just right.

Premium steaks in the spotlight – perfectly selected and matured, precisely cut and ready for their big moment on the grill. Our experts prepare various cuts live and show what really matters when it comes to quality, marbling and degree of doneness.

We explain the development of the premium steak – from its origin and breed to its maturation and tailor-made packaging for different target markets.

This MEATSHOW focuses on something that no menu should be without: sausage at its best – whether coarse or fine, boiled, smoked or grilled. Live on the grill, our experts demonstrate how versatile and flavourful Goldschmaus sausage products are. At the same time, we provide a glimpse behind the scenes: what raw materials are used? And how does craftsmanship translate into an industrially reproducible quality product?

This MEATSHOW is all about quick, tasty solutions – pan-fried dishes that are eye-catching and easy to prepare. The focus is on our self-service range of gyros pans in various varieties – classic, spicy or Mediterranean.

Live at the grill, our experts demonstrate how easy it is to prepare these products – ideal for the kitchen, counter or promotional marketing. At the same time, they explain how these items are created: from the marinated raw product to packaging solutions and logistical fine-tuning for food retailers.

This MEATSHOW is dedicated to enjoying meat during the cold season – with two special classics: smoked pork loin and tenderloin. Whether prepared traditionally or reinterpreted, we show how these products create moments of real enjoyment. In conversation with the sales department, we discuss how Goldschmaus develops seasonal specialities and how familiar products can be presented in exciting ways.

This MEATSHOW is dedicated to the secret stars of beef and pork – the so-called secret cuts, which are often overshadowed by the classics but are right up there in terms of taste. Our experts prepare selected cuts live and show how surprisingly versatile they can be. At the same time, we explain how Goldschmaus processes these cuts and prepares them for various uses.

Our booth party is not an evening like any other: this is where the industry, indulgence and emotion come together – in a relaxed atmosphere with culinary surprises, unique guests and genuine Goldschmaus quality.
