2007 was a milestone in the development of the Goldschmaus Group, as the building of a processing plant closed the chain from farmer to consumer. The basis for this step was an agreement with the Bünting Group, which, in addition to the delivery of meat and sausage products, also made provision for picking for consumer markets. A special feature is the tunnel, where the goods are transported from the butchery into the processing plant. In doing so, Goldschmaus can guarantee an uninterrupted cold chain and distinguish itself with higher quality.
