At the beginning of 2016 the Goldschmaus Group decided to no longer use service contracts for meat processing. The employees who had been employed via the service contract companies were transferred into a direct employment relationship with Böseler Goldschmaus GmbH & Co. KG and Goldschmaus Natur & Co. KG by the end of 2017. This step meant that the number of employees at Goldschmaus Group increased by approximately 1,000.
